PBeBank.com Corporate Account Registration via Account Holding Branch

Applying for this service is easy. Simply fill out the appropriate form below and submit it with the relevant documents to your account holding branch.

- Application form for Partnership/Company/Organisation

- Digicert (Basic/Enhanced) Digital Certification Form

Corporate customers (i.e. partnership, Private Limited Companies, Limited Companies, Government/Statutory Bodies) may apply for this service.

The procedures are as follows:-

  1. To register for the PBeBank.com services, please go to your Account Holding Branch.
  2. Complete an application form duly signed by the company's Board of Directors.
  3. Nominate the individuals within your company to access the PBeBank.com.
  4. Submit the Director's Resolution authorising the application for PBeBank.com service.
  5. Each of the nominated corporate users and authorisers is required to complete one set of the application form.
  6. Upon complete documentation, customer will be given the User IDs and passwords for each of the users to log into PBeBank.com by the branch.

All financial transactions via PBeBank.com require the use of i-Vest smart card for corporate users. Customer may apply for the card at the account holding branch by completing an i-Vest application form and submit the payment of RM259 * for the Full i-Vest client kit (issued by MIMOS Berhad), that comes with a smart card with Digicert digital certificate and a smart card reader for added security and multiple signing capability (e.g. signing according to the Company's current account mandate).

  • The Ivest Kit RM259 is a one off charge for the purchase of the 1 card reader, 1 smart card and 1 year digital certificate.
  • You are required to pay RM120 for an annual fee for the digital certificate subsequently. This is a renewal fee for the digital certificate.
