All merchandise are advertised, offered and/or sold by Merchants who are solely and wholly responsible for all representations, warranties and guarantees made by them and obligations and liabilities arising there from including the merchantability, fitness for purpose, quality, quantity and any ancillary services to be provided with the supply of the merchandise.
The Bank and the merchants are not related in any manner whatsoever and all enquiries, complaints, claims and/or legal actions in respect of the merchandise and/or the Merchants shall be directed againts the respective Merchants and not againts the Bank and the Bank shall not be subject to nor be a party in any claim or legal action against the respective Merchants by any member of the PB Premium Club.
Membership privileges and benefits may be varied from time to time or withdrawn by the Bank at anytime and without notice and without having to assign any reason thereof.
