Do's & Don'ts

  1. The SecureSign token must be kept by the owner only; it is the owner’s responsibility to keep the token secure at all times. The token is not transferable to any third party.
  2. Never reveal your PIN to anyone and keep it private.
  3. Never personalize your token in any way that would allow others to specifically associate it with you.
  4. Keep the token secure, where it is unlikely to be lost or taken by others.
  5. Do not expose the security token to extreme temperatures, drop or step on it. This will damage the token.
  6. Tampering with the internal parts of the security token will cause the token to malfunction. The battery cannot be replaced.
  7. The token is not water resistant, keep it dry.
  8. Contact PBe Customer Support at (603) 2179 9999 or email to customersupport@publicbank.com.my immediately if you lose or damage the token.
