Flood Relief Assistance Deferment of Repayment/Payment
Up to 6 Months Deferment of Repayment/Payment For Performing Retail Loans/Financing Customers/Borrowers/Hire Purchase Customers Affected By Recent Flood with effect from 11th January 2021 (Individuals and Business/SMEs)
To provide relief and to alleviate the financial burden of borrowers/customers/hirers who are experiencing financial difficulties/hardship arising from recent flood as declared by Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Negara (NADMA).
Eligibility Criteria
i. Applicable to Non Bankrupt/Non Wound Up Company; AND
ii. Collateral/Residential/Employment address is in the flood district as declared by NADMA.
Validity Period
Manual application from 11 January 2021 to 30 June 2021

5 calendar days

Please print and complete the application form and submit to any PBB/PIBB Branches/Credit Control Centres for approval.

Deferment in Repayment for PBB/PIBB Individual Credit Card/Credit Card-i Customers Affected by Flood
PBB/PIBB individual credit card / credit card-i customers who are affected by recent flood may apply for 6 months’ deferment in repayment for their credit card balances.
Please print and complete the application form and email to pbcardcrcontrol@publicbank.com.my for approval.
