Upon download of the PB engage MY app, you are required to do quick one-time setup. This setup will bind your mobile device to the your PBe account User ID.
You can bind your PBe account to a maximum of three (3) different devices.
First-time Setup Process (Device Binding):
- Launch the PB engage MY and key in your PBe User ID
- Confirm your Personal Login Phrase (PLP) and enter your PBe Password
- Register your device by entering your PAC or SecureSign Code
- Enroll the PBe Challenge Questions (applicable to new PBe users only)
- Activate DuitNow / Quick Balance (optional)
- All done. Your device is now bound to your PBe User ID
How to remove (unbind) a device?
- Login to your account on PB engage MY
- Select ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Device Management’
- Select the device you wish to remove by tapping on the ‘’ icon
