Upon download of the PB engage MY app, you are required to do quick one-time setup. This setup will bind your mobile device to the your PBe account User ID.

You can bind your PBe account to a maximum of three (3) different devices.



First-time Setup Process (Device Binding):

  1. Launch the PB engage MY and key in your PBe User ID
  2. Confirm your Personal Login Phrase (PLP) and enter your PBe Password
  3. Register your device by entering your PAC or SecureSign Code
  4. Enroll the PBe Challenge Questions (applicable to new PBe users only)
  5. Activate DuitNow / Quick Balance (optional)
  6. All done. Your device is now bound to your PBe User ID

How to remove (unbind) a device?

  1. Login to your account on PB engage MY
  2. Select ‘Settings’
  3. Select ‘Device Management’
  4. Select the device you wish to remove by tapping on the ‘’ icon
