Can I deposit cheque to my PB Sharelink account to settle purchase contracts?
Yes. However, it is subject to a maximum amount of RM 200,000.00.
How safe are transactions performed on PBe?
PBe utilises a Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. The encryption ensures your User ID, password and banking transactions remain confidential.
Rest assured, every transaction is fully secured.

What can I do under the “Cheque Book Request” feature?
You can request new cheque books for your Current Account. You are able to order a maximum of 10 cheque books per request.
Can companies use PBe online banking?
PBe is designed for retail customers, sole proprietors and corporate customers. Corporate customers usually consist of companies such as Sdn Bhd, Bhd and Partnerships.
How do I link my accounts to my PBe profile?
You are allowed to add multiple accounts in your PBe profile, provided they are opened at the same branch. Kindly visit your account holding branch to link your accounts to your PBe profile.

What is FPX?
FPX is an internet based payment gateway that allows real-time payments for online purchases or bill payments. FPX is operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
How do I download and print GST Tax Invoice?

What is E-SI?
E-Standing Instruction is a convenient service that makes automated payments of a fixed amount to a loan, bill, or credit card at a pre-set time and date. You can schedule a one off payment or repeated payments with E-SI.
What is PB engage?
PB engage enables you to perform online banking transactions on your iOS or Android mobile devices.
Why is PB engage requesting access to my contacts, location, storage, photos and media files?
PB engage requires these accesses due to the following reasons:-
- Contacts – to give you the convenience to select your contacts when you send PB eGift.
- Photo, media and files – to store PB eGift packets.
- Storage – to give you the option to store the PB engage app in a SD Card.
- Location – to find the nearest Public Bank branches
NOTE: Your information will be secured and the Bank will never use your information for any other purposes.
What is DuitNow service?
DuitNow is a fund transfer service where you can transfer funds instantly on a 24/7 basis via Recipient ID called DuitNow ID. With DuitNow, you will enjoy a simple and convenient way to transfer money.
What is PB enterprise?
PB enterprise is Public Bank's new corporate online banking platform. It offeres a range of enhanced functions and features designed to support your business needs.
What is Reset Password / Reactivate User ID?
This service enables existing PBe Users who have forgotten their PBe Password to reset their password and/or reactivate their User ID which was deactivated due to incorrect password.
I’ve just obtained my User ID and password from the branch. When should I login?
Please login on the day of receiving your User ID and password.
How does the beneficiary pick up a 'Pay on ID / Cash Pick-Up' transaction?
The applicant is required to provide FTT Reference number to beneficiary in order to facilitate Pay on ID / Cash Pick-Up transaction.
The beneficiary can pick up the money at the following pick-up points:
- BDO Branches and One Network Bank Branches
- Tambunting
- Cebuana Lhuilier
- M Lhuilier
- Palawan Pawnshop
- BDO Remit Counters at SM Malls
- RD Pawnshop
The beneficiary Identification Document (ID) is required to be presented at the Cash Pick-Up point.
*The beneficiary's name on the Identification Document (ID) presented at the Cash Pick-Up point must fully matched with the beneficiary name entered by applicant.
Who can I contact to report fraud?
Immediately report to the Bank by submitting a Fraud / Scam Incident Report. Prompt reporting will increase your chances of recovery and also prevent any further losses.

Is Reset Password / Reactivate User ID service available on PB engage MY?
No. This service is only available via PBe.
Which Identification Document (ID) is accepted for Identification Qualification for 'Pay on ID / Cash Pick-Up’ transaction?
The Identification Document (ID) accepted for Identification Qualification are as follows:
- Any photo bearing valid ID with client's signature. List of the valid IDs can be any of the following:
- Passport (in case of foreign passport, must have English characters/translation and the holder must have a residence address in Philippines)
- Driver's License issued by Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
- Police Clearance with dry seal of PNP
- Philippine Postal ID
- Voter's ID
- Barangay Certification with dry seal from the Barangay where it was issued
- Government Service and Insurance System (GSIS) eCard
- New Social Security System (SSS) ID
- Senior Citizen ID

For students who are not yet of voting age, a valid photo bearing school ID duly signed by the principal or head of school together with a Registration Form for the current semester/school year may be acceptable.

DuitNow Transfer is a fund transfer service where you can transfer funds instantly on a 24/7 basis via Recipient ID called DuitNow ID. With DuitNow Transfer, you will enjoy a simple and convenient way to transfer money.

What is a Transaction Cooling-Off Period?
Any transaction which are deemed abnormal will undergo a cooling-off period in which the transaction will be placed on hold for a period of time before it is released to the beneficiary. Due to the buffer time provided by the cooling-off period, you now have a window of opportunity to cancel the transaction if you notice that the transaction was not authorized by you.
If you suspect that you have been scammed during this cooling-off period, you can contact our customer support team to immediately cancel the transaction.

How do I update my FPX daily limit?
Please follow the steps below:
- Select ‘Profile Maintenance’
- Select ‘Manage Profile’
- Select 'Change Limit'
- Select ‘Change FPX Transfer Limit’
- Enter your preferred FPX daily limit and click ‘Next’
- Verify the details and approve via PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
- Please wait for the transaction status page to be displayed on PBe to ensure the transaction is successful. Once successful, you will be redirected back to the merchant's portal.
What is PBe Registration?
This service enables Public Bank customers to register for access to the Bank’s Online Banking Services, PBe.
What is DuitNow ID?
DuitNow ID is the identifier which you will register and tied to your bank’s account as the receiving account. The following are the ID’s which can be registered for DuitNow:
- Mobile Number
- NRIC
- Army ID / Police ID
- Passport Number
- Business Registration Number
I’m having problems performing transactions on the app. What should I do?
Please try any one of these methods:
- Restart your device – Issues can be fixed by restarting your device and re-try your transaction.
- Check your connection – A strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required for the app. Try again when you have a better Internet connection.
- Clear your cache/storage – Clear your device’s PB engage cache or delete any unused apps from your device’s storage.
- Uninstall and re-download the app.
Is PB engage free?
Yes, the app is free to download from authorised app stores. However, there will be charges for selected transactions such as bill payment and interbank fund transfers as well as data charges imposed by your Telco.

- Choose Account
- Click on Fixed Deposit
- Select PB eFD
- Click on Placement

- Select Tenure (Month)
- Key-in Principal Amount

How to perform PBe first time login?
How does this new security feature work?
The challenge questions and answers provide an extra layer of security to further authenticate your identity when you login and transact with us.
If we detect any unusual activity or unauthorised transaction, you will be prompted with a challenge question.
How do I access my company accounts?
Upon login, you will reach the Welcome Page. Click on the blue box on top of the page labeled "Personal" to reveal a drop-down button. Click on "Business" to enter Business Banking.
Next, click on your company name to access your company accounts.
What is Digital Signing?
Digital Signing is a process whereby a transaction performed through PBe is approved by the authorizer(s) based on a SecureSign Code generated by the SecureSign Token. The SecureSign Code generated is unique to that particular token issued to the authorizer and the PIN activated.
I have problems viewing the new PBe website.
If you have problems accessing our new PBe website, it might be due to a problem with your browser. If you’re using Internet Explorer 8, turn off compatibility mode by following these steps:

How do I remove accounts that are linked to my PBe profile?
To modiify your personal details, first login your account. Click on "Profile Maintenance" followed by "Manage Profile".
Next, select "View/Delete Accounts".
What can I do under the “Stop Cheque Request” feature?
You can request tostop a cheque presentation at a Public Bank branch.
How do I cancel my ATM Card via PBe?
(i) Choose Profile Management
(ii) Click on Cancel ATM Card
(iii) Select the card(s) you want to cancel
(iv) Click on “Next”
(v) Check your details to ensure the ATM Card selected is correct
(vi) Click “Confirm” to cancel your ATM Card
(vii) Upon confirmation your ATM Card(s) will be cancelled immediately. The card can no longer be reactivated
(viii) To apply for a replacement ATM Card, please visit any PBB/PIBB branch
What is PAC?
PAC is system generated six digit authentication code. Each PAC is unique and acts as an additional layer of security to protect your banking accounts.
Always treat each PAC with care. Do not share or key in your PAC number without checking these details first!
- Payee’s name
- Transaction amount
- Serial number
- PAC number
- Date
- Time
- Type of transaction
Remember: The PAC number is never required at PBe’s login page.
What is “To Other Account”?
“To Other Account” means transferring funds to someone else’s account, be it Public Bank or other banks.
I have placed PBe login page into my bookmarks / favourites folder. Right now, I’m facing problems logging in through the bookmarked webpage. What should I do?
To avoid login issues, we recommend customers to only bookmark our homepage:www.pbebank.com.
I have not login for more than six months.
Your PBe account will be blocked due to security concerns. Kindly contact our PBe Customer Support at 03-2170 8000 to unblock your account.

What is the online operation hours for Foreign Currency Remittance?
The Online Foreign Currency Remittance (Telegraphic Transfer) is available from Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
This service will not be available on a Federal Territory Public Holiday.
Can I access PBe Internet Banking using a public PC?
Please refrain from accessing PBe using public / shared PCs or even through public Wi-Fi hotspots. These mediums are not secure and may be vulnerable to hacking attempts.
I have not login for more than 1 year.
Your PBe account will be automatically purged by the system after one year of inactivity. You are advised to re-apply for PBe access at an ATM or your account holding branch.

You will receive a PAC via SMS when you are performing the following transactions:

- PB SecureSign registration on PB engage
What happens if I have not login after obtaining my User ID / password?
The User ID and password issued will be blocked after 30 days. Kindly reapply for a new PBe access at an ATM or your account holding branch.
What is the difference between “Bill Payment (To Bill)” and “Bill Payment (To Favourite Bill)” feature?
Bill Payment (To Bill)

Customers can pay to any bill payee corporation available without having to set up the relevant bill details.

This is normally used for a one-time payment.
Bill Payment (To Favourite Bill)

Customers have to register bill details online under "Bill Registration and Maintenance" before making actual payments.

This is much more convenient to customers who make regular payments.
What can I do under the “Cheque Status Inquiry” feature?
The cheque status presented to you is only valid for the last 60 days including the date of inquiry. For example:

10 January 2013- You presented cheque at a Public Bank Branch

10 June 2013- You performed a cheque status inquiry through PBe.
Your cheque status will be shown as "Not presented in the last 60 days".
How do I apply PBe online banking for my company?
You may apply at your company account holding branch by submitting the
application form, Board of Directors Resolution for the company's account and the Partnership Agreement for the Partnership account.

My account shows that it is dormant or inactive. What should I do?
To activate your account, you will need to perform an over-the-counter withdrawal transaction at any one of our branches. You will be able to view your account on the next working day.

How do I set up my challenge questions and answers?
It’s really simple! Just select your preferred question and provide an answer from each group. There will be three groups in total. PAC SMS or SecureSign token will be required when performing the enrollment process.
How to perform eFD Withdrawal
Please follow the steps listed below:

- Click on Fixed Deposit
- Select PB eFD
- Click on Withdrawal
- Select PB eFD Account No
- Click on eFD Serial No
- Click “Yes” on pop up message to proceed or “No” to cancel

How can I identify if a seller accepts payment with FPX?
The FPX logo will be displayed at Seller/Merchant’s website or checkout page.
What are the operational hours for PB engage?
PB engage is available 24 hours daily, including public holidays.
How to clear your app cache data?
Please follow these steps below:-
- Android:-
- Go to ‘Settings’ and tap on ‘Apps’.
- Select PB engage
- On the ‘App Info’ interface, tap on ‘Storage’
- Clear your cache by tapping on the ‘Clear Cache’ button
- iOS:-
There is no manual way to clear app cache data for iOS. The only solution to clear it is to delete the PB engage app and reinstall it again.
What is the daily transfer limit for E-SI?
E-Standing Instruction is subjected to your daily fund transfer limit. Please refer

When can I download and print GST Tax Invoice?
The Electronic GST Tax Invoice can be downloaded on a bi-weekly basis as follows:

Is Quick Balance supported on my device?

Are there any charges for migrating to PB enterprise?
No, there will be no charges for migrating to PB enterprise.
How would I know if my transfer is undergoing the Transaction Cooling-Off Period?
The Bank will notify you of the status of your transaction via SMS, e-mail and push notification.
Alternatively, you may track your transactions by logging into PBe, click “Account” and select “View Pending Verification”. Any transaction that is undergoing the transaction cooling-off period will be listed here.
Where is this service available?
This service is available on PBe, PB engage and PB enterprise.
How does DuitNow Transfer works?
To perform fund transfer via DuitNow Transfer, simply enter your Recipient’s DuitNow ID, and confirm the transfer details. The funds will be transferred to the Recipient’s account instantly. But you need ensure that the Recipient’s already registered their DuitNow ID’s to their selected bank.

What is SecureSign Token?
SecureSign Token is a digital signing process to confirm and approve financial transactions performed via PBe. Authentication of the transaction is through the digital signature made by the authorizer.
How do I submit a Fraud / Scam Incident Report?
- Visit the PBe Login Page and click on “Report Fraud/Scam Incident".
- Before you submit your report, we strongly advise you to deactivate your User ID / Credit / Debit or ATM card to ensure your financial safety. Please make sure you have all the details of the fraudulent transaction on hand such as transaction date / time and amount before you perform any deactivation.
- On click, you will be prompted with a disclaimer. If you wish to proceed with any deactivation, click “Yes”. Click “No” to proceed to submit your fraud report.
- Fill in all your relevant details and click “Next”.
- An SMS PAC will be sent to your registered mobile number for authentication. Enter the PAC number and click “Next”.
- Fill in all your details and click “Add”. Your submission will be added to “Added Incident” table.
- You can add another incident report by repeating Step vi. Click on “Next” to proceed.
- Verify your details and click on “Submit”.
- Your report has been successfully submitted. Please take note of the reference number for future reference.

Can I reset my PBe password if I am overseas?
Yes. You may reset your PBe Password / Reactivate your User ID as long as you are connected to the Internet.

To reset your password / reactivate your User ID, you must fulfil any
ONE of the following conditions:
- Have an ATM Card or PB Credit / Debit Card
- Have a Current / Savings account
- Have a Loan/Financing account or Hire Purchase account
- Have a Temporary ID and Password obtained from a branch
How do I deactivate my User ID via PBe?
You can deactivate your User ID via PBe by following these steps:
- Visit www.pbebank.com and select “Login”.
- Click on “Deactivate User ID”
- Fill in the necessary details and authorise the deactivation via SecureSign Token / SMS PAC.
- Your User ID is now deactivated.
Is it secure using SecureSign Token?
SecureSign Token uses Two Factor Authentication technology and digital signature solution to authenticate and secure online banking transactions. The token is secured with PIN and uses advance encryption standards.

Yes. As long as your device has an internet browser and has access to the internet, you can login to your PBe profile.
Do I need to register for DuitNow Transfer?
Yes, you are required to register if you wish to receive funds via DuitNow Transfer service. However, if you only intend to transfer funds, no registration is required.

How do I obtain a PAC?
Once you have successfully registered your mobile phone number, a “Request PAC Now” option will be available to you whenever you make the transactions highlighted above.
Click on “Request PAC Now” and a six digit PAC number will be transmitted to your mobile phone via SMS.
What is“Favourite Account” and how is it different from “To Other Account”?
The “Favourite Account” feature allows you to store your favourite accounts. You can even give each of these accounts a new name. Once registered, the account number, along with its new name will be recorded in your profile.
Unlike “To Other Account”, there is no need to enter a Favourite Account's information before each transaction. Simply select it from your list of Favourite Accounts.
What is “Balance Inquiry”?
Balance Inquiry allows you to view your account balances, provided the accounts are linked to your PBe profile. You may view any of your accounts listed below:

Do I need to change my PBe User ID or password?
No. You may keep your current User ID and password.
Can I cancel a successful FPX transaction?
No. It is not possible to cancel a successful and completed FPX transaction through the system. However, you may liaise with the seller/ merchant directly on the matter.
How does DuitNow works?
To perform fund transfer via DuitNow, simply enter your Recipient’s DuitNow ID, and confirm the transfer details. The funds will be transferred to the Recipient’s account instantly. But you need ensure that the Recipient’s already registered their DuitNow ID’s to their selected bank.

Can I set up my challenge questions via PB engage?

- Select the Product Type and enter your Account Number.
- Current / Savings Account: Enter your Account Number
- Loan / Financing / Hire Purchase Account: Enter your Account Number and Note Number

What can I do under “Manage DuitNow”?
Manage DuitNow allow you to perform the following actions:-
- Deregistration of DuitNow ID
- You can deregister your DuitNow ID from the PayNet database and you will not be able to receive fund via DuitNow Transfer service. You need to register again if you wish to receive funds via DuitNow Transfer service.
- Update DuitNow ID Status
- You can enable (On) or temporarily disable (Off) your DuitNow ID from receiving funds
- Modify Receiving Bank Account
- You can change the bank account that is tied to your DuitNow ID.
- Switch Bank
- You can switch your DuitNow ID registered at other banks to Public Bank.
How do I approve PBe transactions using PB SecureSign (Push Notification)?
Select the transaction you wish to make. For transaction amounting to RM10,000 or lower, you will be required to authenticate with PB SecureSign (Push Notification).
At the Confirmation page, tap “Confirm” and you will be prompted with a 120 seconds timer on PBe. Simultaneously, a push notification will be sent to your PB engage MY app for approval. Verify the transaction details and tap “Approve” before the countdown timer ends and your transaction will be processed accordingly. Please ensure PBe displays transaction acknowledgement page before you initiate another transaction or logout from PBe.
Note: Please ensure that you have enabled push notification on the app to receive the push notification. Otherwise, launch PB engage app and you will be prompted with the transaction approval screen.
How many devices can I register to Quick Balance?
You can register up to a maximum of three (3) devices per user.
What are the requirements for a User ID?
Your PBe User ID must meet the following criteria:

Can I opt to continue using PBe Business Banking i.e not be migrated to PB enterprise?
PBe Business Banking will eventually cease to be in service, we highly encourage you to migrate over to PB enterprise.
What happens if my device is lost or stolen?
Please deactivate Quick Balance for the lost or stolen device as soon as possible.
How do I approve PBe transactions using PB SecureSign (SecurePAC)?
Select the transaction you wish to make. For transactions more than RM10,000, you will be prompted with a selection of PB SecureSign (SecurePAC) and SecureSign Token (hard token) at the Confirmation page, depends on your eligible authentication method.
After selecting PB SecureSign (SecurePAC), you may retrieve the 6-digit code from PB engage through clicking “PB SecureSign” from the app’s pre-login side menu. (No login to PB engage is required)
After successful biometric or SecurePIN authentication, you will be prompted with a 6-digit SecurePAC. Key in the 6-digit code on PBe’s Confirmation page and your transaction will be processed accordingly.
How do I deregister my DuitNow ID?
Please follow these steps below :-
a) Deregister via PBe
- Select 'Fund Transfer'
- Look for DuitNow and select 'Manage DuitNow'
- Click on delete action icon on the DuitNow ID that you wish to delete
- A confirmation pop-up message will appear, click on 'Yes' to confirm the deletion
b) Deregister via PB engage
- Select 'Settings'
- Look for 'Manage DuitNow ID' and select the DuitNow ID that you wish to deregister

What happens if I failed to log in with my fingerprint too many times?
Quick Balance will be disabled after five(5) failed attempts. However, you can still log in to your account with your User ID and Password. Quick Balance will be automatically enabled on your next login.

a) Update your DuitNow ID status via PBe

Generally 7 working days or earlier depending on stock availability.
How do I replace the SecureSign Token in the event that it is damaged or the battery is low?
Warranty of the product is 6 months from date of issuance. A replacement can be requested from your account holding branch with the charges waived. Depending on the usage and normal conditions, the battery should be good for 4 years or more.
What is the Personal Login Phrase (PLP) for?
The PLP is a user predefined secret word(s) that will be displayed at the login screen after you enter your User ID.
Do not use your User ID and Password as your PLP.

Upon receiving your First-time Login email, you are given a 30-day transition period. During this period, you are still allowed to access PBe Business Banking and perform transactions but the E-SI function will be disabled. After the 30 days are up, PBe Business Banking will be restricted to viewing your account’s past records only.

You can only apply for PBe online banking services only when you are in Malaysia. Please visit your account holding branch to apply for an e-banking profile. Once you have your User ID and password, you can login anywhere.
What is the maximum transaction amount per day?
The transaction amount is limited to RM100,000.00 per day.

How do I deactivate my PBe User ID?

What are the requirements of a Personal Login Phrase (PLP)?
Your PLP should range between 13 to 20 alpha-numeric characters including special characters (` ~ ! @ $ % ^ * _ = + [ ] | ; : . / ? ).
What precautions should I take to secure the hard token?
Activate your personalized PIN (6 digits) immediately upon receipt of the token. Always keep the PIN secret and the token safe. Do not leave the token unattended or share it with anyone else. For added security, change the PIN on a periodical basis. Try to avoid weak PINs such 123456, 282828, 444444 etc. Without the token, transactions cannot be performed without your knowledge nor authorization.
What is the Security Code for?
In order to prevent malicious requests attempted by bots, you are required to enter a 6-digit alphanumeric code displayed in the box (example below) before you proceed.

If you are unsure of the characters displayed, you may click the refresh button to refresh the code.
What are the Memorable Question and Memorable Answer for?
They will be used to authenticate your identity when you contact our Customer Support in the future. You are advised to remember the answer to your selected question.
What if I forgot the SecureSign Token PIN?
You have six attempts at the PIN. After which, the token will be blocked with the ‘Unblock Code’ displayed. You have to proceed to your Account Holding Branch personally to have the token unblocked at no cost.
I cannot proceed even though I entered the correct Temporary ID. What should I do?
Your Temporary ID is only valid for 30 days. Kindly re-apply for a new Temporary ID and Password at your account holding branch.

Please ensure your Push Notification is turned on for PB engage MY at your device settings.
I cannot log in to PBe or reset my password even though I have entered the correct User ID and Password.
If you have not logged in for more than six (6) months, your PBe access will be deactivated. Please contact our PBe Customer Support at 03-2170 8000 to reactivate your profile. Alternatively, you may reactivate your User ID via Reset Password / Reactivate User ID service.
If you have not logged in for more than one (1) year, your PBe access will be purged by the system. You are advised to re-apply for PBe access at any ATM or any nearest Public Bank branch.

What precautions can I take to protect my password?
You may take the following steps to ensure your password remain safe at all times:

Avoid storing your password in internet browsers. To prevent your browsers from storing your passwords, please de-activate the "AutoComplete" function.

My computer crashed / I got disconnected from the internet in the midst of a transaction. How do I know whether my transaction is affected or not?
You can:
- Check your account’s balance from Balance Inquiry, Transaction History or Payment History by logging in PBe with your current PC or another PC
- Check your account balance at the nearest ATM.
- Contact our PBe Customer Support at 03-2170 8000 on that particular transaction.
Can I change my User ID?
You are only allowed to change your User ID during your first-time login.
Is there any service fee involved for DuitNow services?

I approved a PBe transaction with PB SecureSign. The transaction is displayed as 'Success' on my PB engage MY app but my account was not debited
Please do not close the PBe transaction page until the Reference Number page is displayed to ensure the transaction is fully processed.

What is the difference between One-Time Password (OTP) and PBe Authentication Code (PAC)?
PB Credit / Debit Card customers will have registered their mobile number as their OTP number while customers who subscribe for PBe at branches will have their mobile numbers registered as their PAC number. Both OTP and PAC are used to receive authentication codes for transaction approval.
I have a registered OTP number. Do I need to register a PAC mobile number before I can register for PBe?
No. During authentication, an SMS will be sent to your registered OTP number to approve your PBe Registration. Upon successful PBe Registration, your OTP number shall also be registered as your PAC number.

What if my SecureSign Token is damaged or lost, who do I contact for assistance?
If your token is spoilt or lost, please report it immediately to PBe Customer Support at 03-2170 8000 or contact the branch to have the token deactivated. A new token can be issued by the branch at no cost.

Can I change my password?
Once you are logged on to PBe, just click on "Profile Maintenance", followed by "Manage Profile". Next, select "Change Password".
Is my password case sensitive?
Yes. Our internet banking system considers upper case and lower case to be different characters. This means if you have registered your password as "passWORD", you must login by using "passWORD"; not "password" or "PASSWORD".

How do I create a strong password?
A strong password should include a combination of numbers, alphabets and special characters. Consider using a mix of lower and uppercase letters, e.g. A@j6q4Le31
My Temporary ID is blocked. What should I do?
You have exceeded the number of attempts allowed. Please contact our PBe Customer Support at 03-2179 9999 for assistance.
Can I change my User ID after completing PBe Registration?
No. Once your User ID has been created, it cannot be modified.
Can I change my Password and other personal details after completing PBe Registration?
