How do I perform Bill Payments?

Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Click Payment 
  2. Click Bill Payment
  3. Click To Other Bill
  4. Select one of the Payee Corporations from the drop-down list
  5. Key-in the necessary information and confirm your payment
* Take Note: Please omit spaces and dashes for the Bill Account Reference (which is Bill Account Number) input field.

After a successful bill payment, you will notice a "Store Registration" button on your computer screen. This feature allows you to record information of your bill payee corporation. Once that is done, you can enjoy the To Favourite Bill feature on your next bill payment.

How do I pay MyGST-KASTAM via PBe?

Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Log in to your PBe account. Click on the green tile labeled “Payment”.
  2. Select “Bill Payment” followed by “To Other Bill”.
  3. Locate and select “MyGST-KASTAM” in the drop down menu. Click “Next”.
  4. Pick your preferred account, fill in the rest of the details and click “Accept”.
  5. You will be taken to a new page. If your details are in order, click “Request PAC”, close the pop up message and key in the PAC received.

What is the difference between “Bill Payment (To Bill)” and “Bill Payment (To Favourite Bill)” feature?

Bill Payment (To Bill)
  1. Customers can pay to any bill payee corporation available without having to set up the relevant bill details.
  2. This is normally used for a one-time payment.
Bill Payment (To Favourite Bill)
  1. Customers have to register bill details online under "Bill Registration and Maintenance" before making actual payments.
  2. This is much more convenient to customers who make regular payments.

What is the maximum transaction amount per day?

The transaction amount is unlimited.

How do I register bills that I pay frequently?

Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Click “Payment”
  2. Select “Manage Favourite Payment”
  3. Click on “Bill Payment”
  4. Select one of the Payee Corporations from the drop-down list
  5. Enter the necessary information and click “Next”
  6. Click “Request PAC Now”
  7. Enter your PAC
  8. Click “Confirm”

How do I pay my Income Tax?

Follow these steps to pay your income tax:
  1. Log in to your PBe account.
  2. Click on ‘Payment’.
  3. Select ‘Other Payment’.
  4. At Corporation Code select Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri and click 'Next'.
  5. Enter your tax reference number (11 digits; excluding alphabets) and new IC Number. Click ‘Accept’.
  6. Select Payment Code (e.g. Bayaran Cukai Pendapatan [tidak termasuk skim ansuran/ lump sum payment]) and click ‘Accept’.
  7. Select your account number.
  8. Enter your assessment year, instalment number and amount. Then click ‘Next’.
  9. Enter PAC after verify details entered and click ‘Confirm’.
  10. Click ‘Print’ to print the reference page.

How do I delete a registered bill-payee corporation?

Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Click "Payment"
  2. Select “Manage Favourite Payment”
  3. Select "Bill Payment"
  4. Determine the registered payee corproations to be deleted by ticking the check boxes next to them
  5. Click on “Delete”

Are there any charges for making bill payments?

Bill Payment via PBe is free except to the following organizations:
