Telephone Charges
- If the public telephone in the branch is out of order
- Outstation calls and calls to mobile handphones

- RM0.50 per local call
- Actual cost* per call, subject to a minimum charge of RM0.50 per call.
* The actual cost shall be in accordance with Telekom Malaysia charges which also take into consideration the duration of the call.
