We are pleased to inform you that, Public Islamic Bank Berhad is in the process of enhancing its Credit Card-i product structure in line with Shariah developments and industry best practices. Accordingly, we intend to convert your Credit Card-i account(s) (including all supplementary card(s) issued under the account) from the existing Ujrah arrangement to a Commodity Murabahah via Tawarruq arrangement
Please note that the Conversion Exercise will not affect the nature of your Credit Card-i Account in terms of accessibility, account number, or operational functionality. Your account number will remain unchanged and no new account will be opened.
In relation to the conversion exercise, you are given the following options:
