As fraud and scam cases become ever more prevalent these days, the Bank has introduced an online Fraud / Scam Incident reporting feature on 26 July 2023.
In the unfortunate event that your account has been hacked or if you spot any unusual activity with your account, you can report your case to the Bank immediately via this online feature.
