PBe (formerly PBeBank) is Public Bank’s online banking website. It facilitates online financial services, online bill payment and informational services.

PBe provides you the convenience of performing banking transactions any time and any day, even weekends and holidays.

PBe service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week

Who can access PBe?

PBe informational services are accessible to all Internet users.
Transactional services are exclusive to customers with a registered PBe profile.

How can I register for a PBe profile?

Please approach any of our Public Bank branches or your nearest Public Bank ATM to apply for a PBe account.

Am I eligible to apply for a PBe profile?

To apply for a PBe account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess any of the following Public Bank products:
    • Savings Account
    • Current Account 
    • Loans or Hire Purchase
    • Credit Card
    • Fixed Deposit Account
    • PB R-NID Account
    • Gold Investment Account
How do I obtain my branch’s contact details?

Is PBe only limited to personal accounts?
No. Any of the following account types can register for a PBe profile:
  • Personal Account
  • Joint Account (be it either one to sign or anyone to sign)
How much do I have to pay to register for a PBe account?

Subscription to our online financial services is free.

Can I access PBe Online Banking Services from overseas?

You can access PBe as long as you have an internet connection and a PBe account profile.

How do I apply for PBe Services if I am outside of Malaysia and have an account with the Public Bank Group?

You can only apply for PBe online banking services only when you are in Malaysia. Please visit your account holding branch to apply for an e-banking profile. Once you have your User ID and password, you can login anywhere.

How do I terminate my PBe profile?

To terminate your existing e-banking profile, please approach any of our Public Bank branches. You will be guided on filling up and submitting an E-Banking Termination form.
