How does the beneficiary pick up a 'Pay on ID/Cash Pick-Up' transaction?

The applicant is required to provide FTT Reference number to beneficiary in order to facilitate Pay on ID / Cash Pick-Up transaction.

The beneficiary can pick up the money at the following pick-up points:

  • BDO Branches and One Network Bank Branches
  • Tambunting
  • Cebuana Lhuilier
  • M Lhuilier
  • Palawan Pawnshop
  • BDO Remit Counters at SM Malls
  • RD Pawnshop

The beneficiary Identification Document (ID) is required to be presented at the Cash Pick-Up point.

*The beneficiary's name on the Identification Document (ID) presented at the Cash Pick-Up point must fully matched with the beneficiary name entered by applicant.

Which Identification Document (ID) is accepted for Identification Qualification for 'Pay on ID/Cash Pick-Up’ transaction?

The Identification Document (ID) accepted for Identification Qualification are as follows:

  • Any photo bearing valid ID with client's signature. List of the valid IDs can be any of the following:
  • Passport (in case of foreign passport, must have English characters/translation and the holder must have a residence address in Philippines)
  • Driver's License issued by Land Transportation Office (LTO)
  • Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
  • Police Clearance with dry seal of PNP
  • Philippine Postal ID
  • Voter's ID
  • Barangay Certification with dry seal from the Barangay where it was issued
  • Government Service and Insurance System (GSIS) eCard
  • New Social Security System (SSS) ID
  • Senior Citizen ID
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
  • Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) ID
  • Seaman's Book
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)/Immigrant Certificate of Registration (ICR)
  • Government Office and GOCC ID (e.g. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)),
  • Home Development Mutual Fund (MDFM)
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
  • Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
  • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
  • Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.

Only these IDs will be accepted by BDO for beneficiary Cash pay-out. If the beneficiary cannot provide any of the above IDs, the beneficiary shall be advised that the remittance cannot be released.
 
For students who are not yet of voting age, a valid photo bearing school ID duly signed by the principal or head of school together with a Registration Form for the current semester/school year may be acceptable.

What is the online operation hours for Foreign Currency Remittance?

The Online Foreign Currency Remittance (Telegraphic Transfer) is available from Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

This service will not be available on a Federal Territory Public Holiday.

How much funds can I remit?

The maximum amount that you can transfer will be based on your daily third party fund transfer limit maintained.

When will the process take place?

All Online Telegraphic Transfer instructions will be routed to your Account Holding Branch. The delivery time is normally 2 working days, subject to completeness in beneficiary's information and the efficiency of the receiving bank.

  1. Login to PBeBank.com
  2. Click "Fund Transfer"
  3. Select "Foreign Remittance"
  4. Click "Telegraphic Transfer"
  5. Read through the Terms & Conditions and click on "Accept"
  6. Select From Account
  7. Select Currency Type
  8. Enter Foreign Currency Account
  9. Enter the necessary information
  10. Click "Next"
  11. Authorise the transaction with PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
  12. Click "Confirm"
How much are the service charges?
The charges for each wire transfer are as follows:-
  1. Commission of RM2.00
  2. Cable charges of RM30.00
The charges incurred may be subject to changes by the Bank. All charges incurred or imposed outside Malaysia are to be borne by the beneficiary.
What is the exchange rate used?
The exchange rate used is based on the daily prevailing selling rate.
