Migrating to PB enterprise
PB enterprise is Public Bank's new corporate online banking platform. It offeres a range of enhanced functions and features designed to support your business needs.

No, there will be no charges for migrating to PB enterprise.
You are not required to submit a new application*.
However, you are required to update your corporate user profile.
*Some accounts may require a new application submission. The Bank will contact you should it be required.
You will receive a First-time Login email containing your Company ID, User ID, and a temporary password form the Bank. The temporary password is for you to perform your first-time login at www.pbenterprise.com. You will be prompted to create a new password and Personal Login Phrase followed by a PAC to authenticate your first-time login.
The Bank will notify you on your company's migration schedule via email.
The migration exercise will be done in several phases. You will receive your migration notification and User/Company ID from the Bank in due time.
Please complete all your pending transactions in PBe Business Banking and create a backup for all transaction records / reports, receipts and statements that you might need to use in the future.
PBe Business Banking will eventually cease to be in service, we highly encourage you to migrate over to PB enterprise.
To ensure minimal disruption to the migration process, you will not be able to postpone your scheduled migration.
You will be able to retain or change your User ID when you are prompted to update your corporate user profile. A new temporary password will be assigned to you to perform your first-time login. You will be prompted to create a new password and Personal Login Phrase followed by a PAC to authenticate your first-time login.
Upon receiving your First-time Login email, you are given a 30-day transition period. During this period, you are still allowed to access PBe Business Banking and perform transactions but the E-SI function will be disabled. After the 30 days are up, PBe Business Banking will be restricted to viewing your account’s past records only.
