What is “To Own Account”?

“To Own Account” means transferring funds to your personal accounts which are linked to your PBe profile.

What is “To Other Account”?

“To Other Account” means transferring funds to someone else’s account, be it Public Bank or other banks.

What is “Favourite Account” and how is it different from “To Other Account”?

The “Favourite Account” feature allows you to store your favourite accounts. You can even give each of these accounts a new name. Once registered, the account number, along with its new name will be recorded in your profile.

Unlike “To Other Account”, there is no need to enter a Favourite Account's information before each transaction. Simply select it from your list of Favourite Accounts.

How do I perform a fund transfer to other Public Bank accounts?
Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Click on Fund Transfer
  2. Click on PB Account
  3. Click on To Account or To Favourite Account
  4. Select From Account
  5. Enter Beneficiary Account No
  6. Enter Amount(RM) and click on Next
  7. Authorise the transaction with PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
  8. Verify details entered and click on Confirm
How do I perform a credit card payment to someone else card?
Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Click on Payment
  2. Select PB Card
  3. Click on To Card or To Favourite Card
  4. Select From Account
  5. Enter credit card number in Beneficiary Account No
  6. Enter Amount (RM) and click on Next 
  7. Authorise the transaction with PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
  8. Verify details entered and click on Confirm
How do I perform a loan/financing payment to someone else’s Public Bank accounts?
Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Click on Payment
  2. Select PB Loan/Financing Payment
  3. Click on To Account or To Favourite Account
  4. Select From Account
  5. Enter loan/financing account in Beneficiary Account No
  6. Enter Note No
  7. Enter Amount (RM) and click on Next
  8. Authorise the transaction with PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
  9. Verify details entered and click on Confirm
