PB Scholar Debit Card
A 2-in-1 debit card that includes the functionality of both a Student ID and a debit card, integrating essential student functions with everyday banking needs.
Eligibility
- Open to Students of Participating Educational Institutions only [Participating Educational Institution: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)]
- Applicants must be at least 12 years age.
- For applicants aged between 12 - 18 years old, the form must be completed and signed by the applicant's parent/guardian.

Payment Network
- When using your PB Scholar Debit Card in Malaysia, the choice of payment routing network will be determined by merchants. This is in line with Bank Negara Malaysia’s objective to promote system efficiency.
