The package links your fixed loan to your current account whereby the credit balance in your current account will be used to reduce the fixed loan balance outstanding for interest calculation, thus resulting in interest savings.

2) SMILAX Plan

Provides financing and refinancing to Small and Medium Enterprises and Industries that are seeking capital for expansion. So if you're thinking of constructing a new production plant to cope with increasing demand, or purchasing larger business premises, SMILAX will provide the necessary funds.

3) Bank Negara Malaysia Funds

i) Financing to Small and Medium Enterprises (Other than SMEs in the Primary Agriculture Sector and Micro Enterprise)

A fund set up by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) to improve access to financing for SMEs to raise funds for capital expenditures and working capital, subject to Bank Negara Malaysia eligibility criteria.

  • Loan tenure of up to 5 years.

ii) Financing to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in the Primary Agriculture Sector

A fund that is specifically designed to stimulate the growth of domestic agricultural sectors. Funding can be raised for capital expenditures, working capital and development of agricultural projects, subject to Bank Negara Malaysia eligibility criteria.

iii) Financing to Micro Enterprises

A fund set up to improve the access to financing for micro enterprises to raise funds for capital expenditures and working capital. The financing is under Bank Negara Malaysia’s Pembiayaan Mikro Scheme.

iv) Disaster Relief Facility

4) Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC) Guarantee Schemes

5) Government Guarantee Schemes

i) Working Capital Guarantee Scheme 2

A scheme set up to assist Small and Medium Enterprises in all sectors to gain access to financing for working capital and capital expenditure.

  • Loan amount up to RM10 million (aggregate limit of RM10 million for each company for all Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan guarantee schemes). 
  • Loan tenure up to 17 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier.

ii) Working Capital Guarantee Scheme - Start Up

A scheme set up to assist start up Small and Medium Enterprises in all sectors to gain access to financing for working capital and capital expenditure.

  • Loan amount up to RM500,000. 
  • Loan tenure up to 17 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier.

iii) Working Capital Guarantee Scheme - Bumiputera

A scheme set up to assist Bumiputera Small and Medium Enterprises in all sectors to gain access to financing for working capital and capital expenditure.

iv) Automation Process Guarantee Scheme
