With reference to earlier Announcement titled “Revision of Selected Fees and Charges for PB Debit Cards” dated 23 January 2026, please be informed that Cash Withdrawal Fees via Non-MEPS Member Bank’s ATM/Affiliated Banks and Financial Institutions Worldwide for all PB Debit Cards will take effect on 24 February 2026. Summary of changes as below:
