With effect from 13 August 2026, the Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts will be revised as follows:-

1. Incorporated new clauses to allow detection and prevention of accounts for unauthorised or fraudulent activities of external accounts.
2. Incorporated new clauses to safeguard the deposit accounts against misuse.
3. Incorporated new/revised clauses on the latest features and operations of the Fixed Deposit Account and Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit Account.

The following revised Terms and Conditions will be made available at the Bank’s website from 13 August 2026 onwards:-

Notis Semakan Semula Terma dan Syarat yang Mengawal Akaun Deposit

Bermula pada 13 Ogos 2026, Terma dan Syarat yang Mengawal Akaun Deposit akan disemak semula seperti yang berikut:-

1. Memasukkan fasal-fasal baharu bagi membolehkan aktiviti tanpa kebenaran atau berunsur penipuan akaun luar dikesan dan dicegah.
2. Memasukkan fasal-fasal baharu untuk melindungi akaun deposit daripada disalah guna.
3. Memasukkan fasal-fasal baharu/disemak semula mengenai ciri-ciri dan pengendalian terkini Akaun Deposit Tetap dan Akaun Deposit Tetap Mata wang Asing.

修正管理存款户口的条款与条件

自2026年8月13日起，管理存款户口的条款与条件将作出修订，修订内容如下：

1. 新增允许侦测和防范国外户口未经授权或欺诈活动的条款。
2. 新增保障存款户口免遭盗用的条款。
3. 新增/修订有关定期存款户口和外币定期存款户口最新特点和操作方式的条款。

修订后的条款与条件将自2026年8月13日起发布于本银行网站；
