The Bank’s requirements for account holder(s) to authorise a representative to operate their bank account/update Savings Account passbook are set out below:

2	Appointment of third party to update Savings Account passbook.	Savings Account Only.	The Savings Account holder(s) is/are required to be present at branch with his/ her/ their identification document(s), the Savings Account passbook, photocopy of authorised third party’s identification document (if applicable) and complete the Bank’s standard authorisation letter. Note: or his/her/their authorised representative	Letter of Authorisation for Third Party to Update Savings Account Passbook
3	Appointment of Authorised Person(s) to Confirm/Inquire Banking Transactions.	Non-individual Current Account i.e. sole-proprietorship, partnership, company, etc.	For sole-proprietor and partnership Current Account, the Bank’s standard letter for Appointment of Authorised Person(s) to Confirm/Inquire Banking Transactions is to be signed by the sole-proprietor and all the partners accordingly. For company Current Account, the Bank’s standard letter is to be signed in accordance to the mandate of the Current Account.
