What should you do if you lost your card?

Click on “Cards” and “Deactivate Card”

Click based on the card you wish to cancel / deactivate

Fill in the details and click “Next”

Select the authentication method of your choice

- List of card(s) that belongs to the user will be populated.
- User to tick on card(s) he/she wish to cancel > select the reason to cancel > Click "Next"

Credit/Debit Card deactivation successfull.
