How to open an eFD/eTD-i Account?
Please follow the steps listed below:
- Choose Apply
- Tap on eFixed Deposit (eFD) / eTerm Deposit-i (eTD-i)
- Select Product Type (Conventional or Islamic)
- Select From Account
- Tap Next
- Complete the FATCA Self-Certification
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge receipt of PIDM Brochure and tap Proceed
- Verify details entered and tap on ‘Confirm' button
How to perform eFD/eTD-i Placement?
Please follow the steps listed below:
- Tap Transfer & Payment
- Tap on eFixed Deposit (eFD) / eTerm Deposit-i (eTD-i)
- Tap on New Placement
- Select From Account
- Select PB eFD / eTD-i Account
- Select Tenure (Month)
- Key-in Principal Amount
- Select Interest Payment Mode
- Read through the Terms & Conditions and tap ‘Proceed' button
- Approve the transaction with PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
- Verify details entered and tap on ‘Submit’ button
How to perform eFD/eTD-i Withdrawal?
Please follow the steps listed below:
- Tap Transfer & Payment
- Tap on eFixed Deposit (eFD) / eTerm Deposit-i (eTD-i)
- Tap on Withdrawal
- Select PB eFD / eTD-i Account No.
- Select on eFD / eTD-i Serial No.
- Key-in Withdrawal amount and tap “Withdraw”
- Tap “Yes” on pop up message to proceed or “No” to cancel
- Verify details
- Approve the transaction with PB SecureSign or SecureSign Token
- Verify details entered and tap on ‘Submit' button
How to print Placement / Renewal Slip?
Please follow the steps listed below:
- Choose Account
- Tap on Deposit
- Select PB eFixed Deposit / eTerm Deposit-i Account No.
- Tap on Certificates
- Select PB eFD / eTD-i Serial No.
- Tap Print Slip
