Manage Card
You can create your card PIN by following the steps below:
Step 1: Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your new card.
Step 2: Tap on ‘Create Card PIN’ to enter your preferred card PIN.
Step 3: Re-enter your card PIN for confirmation.
Step 4: Verify the request using PB SecureSign.
Step 5: Upon successful authentication, your card PIN will be created and your new card is activated.
Alternatively, you may create your card PIN at Profile > Settings > Manage Card > Create / Change Card PIN.
You can change your card PIN by following the steps below:
Step 1: Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
Step 2: Tap on ‘Change Card PIN’ to enter your preferred card PIN.
Step 3: Re-enter your card PIN for confirmation.
Step 4:Verify the request using PB SecureSign.
Step 5: Upon successful authentication, your card PIN will be updated and effective immediately.
Alternatively, you may change your card PIN at Profile > Settings > Manage Card > Create / Change Card PIN.
You can report your lost / stolen card via Accounts > Card’s Details > Report Lost Card.
Step 1: Select your lost or stolen card.
Step 2: Choose your preferred replacement card.
Step 3: Confirm your request to report and block the selected card.
Step 4: Reported card will be blocked immediately and a successful acknowledgement screen will be displayed.
Alternatively, you may report your lost card at Profile > Settings > Manage Card > Report Lost Card.
