Cancel / Report Lost Card
How do I cancel my credit card on MyPB?
You can cancel your credit card via Side Menu > Settings > Card > Cancel / Report Lost Card
- Select your credit card from the dropdown list. Click on “Next” to proceed.
- Input the necessary details and click “Next” to proceed.
- You will be prompted with a pop-up confirmation message. Click “Submit” to proceed.
- You will be displayed with a successful acknowledgement screen.
How do I cancel my debit card on MyPB?
You can cancel your debit card via Side Menu > Settings > Card > Cancel/Report Lost Card.
- Select your debit card from the dropdown list. Click on “Next” to proceed.
- You will be displayed with a pop-up confirmation message. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
- You will be displayed with a successful acknowledgement screen.
