What if I have forgotten my SecurePIN / SecurePIN is locked?

You can reset your SecurePIN via following steps:

 

MyPB App:

  • Login to MyPB App
  • Tap on “Profile” and then tap on “Settings”
  • Look for “PIN” and tap on “Update”

 

PB engage:

  • Login to PB engage MY
  • Go to "Settings"
  • Tap on “SecurePIN Management” to reset your SecurePIN
