What if I have forgotten my SecurePIN / SecurePIN is locked?

You can reset your SecurePIN via following steps:


MyPB App:

  • Login to MyPB App
  • Click on “Profile” and then click on “Account”
  • Look for “Pin” and click on “Update”


PB engage:

  • Login to PB engage MY
  • Go to Settings
  • Tap on “SecurePIN Management” to reset your SecurePIN
