What is the PIN for?

This PIN is the 6-digit PIN created for you to perform quick login and authorize transactions using PB SecureSign. It must always be kept secret and never be disclosed to anyone.

What is the “Close Profile” button for?

By clicking and confirming on “Close Profile”, your PBe profile will be unlinked from MyPB App. You will have to go through the whole login process again for subsequent login, including the registration and activation of PB SecureSign.

Please take note that your PBe profile will remain active whereby you can still perform transactions using PBe or MyPB. If you’d like to deactivate your PBe profile, kindly submit your request via PBe Internet Banking through PBe Login Page > Deactivate User ID.

How do I update my Email Address?

You can update your Email Address via Profile > Your Account > PBe Profile > Update Email Address.

  1. Enter your Password. 
  2. Enter your preferred New Email Address.
  3. Verify with your PB SecureSign.
  4. Your change Email Address request will be processed and effective after one(1) hour.
