Change Mailing Address

Does my request to change my mailing address take effect immediately?

The change of mailing address will not be immediate as these requests will be executed by your account holding branch accordingly.

Will the change of mailing address update the mailing address for PB Cards as well?

The Change Mailing Address function does not update the mailing address for your PB Cards. To change the mailing address for PB Cards, this can be performed at Side Menu > Settings > Card > Update Credit Card Contact Information.
