How do I change my password?

You are recommended to login to the MyPB website to update your password frequently. If you are using the MyPB app, you can use your mobile browser to view & login to the MyPB. Alternatively, you can use a desktop browser.

* Note: Passwords only can be updated when you login from the mobile browser, if you are an APP user.

Are there any rules I need to follow when I update my password?

Please do ensure your password meets the following criteria:

  1. Between 8 to 12 Characters.
  2. Contain at least one (1) number and one (1) special character.
  3. Only selected special character is allowed i.e.`~!@$%^*_=+[]|;:./?
  4. Contain upper and lowercase; password is case sensitive.
Why can’t I change my password in MyPB?

This is because you may have reached your maximum of 3 attempts to change your password, which has resulted in a 12-hour freeze period for password changes.
