Stop Cheque Request
What can I do under the “Stop Cheque Request” feature?
This feature allows you to submit a request to stop a cheque presentation at a Public Bank branch. Kindly check through your transaction history of the affected account to ensure that the cheque intended to be stopped has not been presented for payment.
What are the fees or charges associated with “Stop Cheque Request”?
Stop cheque requests may incur other charges/ fees. You are advised to contact your account holding branch to obtain more information with regard to the fees/charges.
